NativeLine Cloud is included in all Nativeline plans starting at $25/month. There is no separate database fee. The amount of storage scales with your plan tier — higher-priced plans ($50, $100, $150, $250/month and up) include more storage and generation capacity. You never need to create a separate account or configure an external service.

Is NativeLine Cloud the same as CloudKit?

NativeLine Cloud is built on top of Apple's CloudKit infrastructure. It uses CloudKit for storage, sync, and authentication. The AI abstracts away the CloudKit configuration so you never interact with CloudKit directly — you describe your data needs in English and the AI generates the CloudKit schema, records, and queries automatically.

Can I use Supabase with Nativeline instead of NativeLine Cloud?

Nativeline is designed to work with NativeLine Cloud as the integrated backend. While the generated Swift code could theoretically be modified to connect to Supabase (on Pro plans with code access), NativeLine Cloud is the supported and recommended path. The AI generates code specifically optimized for the NativeLine Cloud data layer.

What happens to my data if I stop paying for Nativeline?

Your app's code is a standard Swift project that you own. On Pro plans and above, you can export the full Xcode project. The NativeLine Cloud data is stored in CloudKit, which is associated with your Apple Developer account. The specific data retention terms depend on your plan and Apple's CloudKit policies.
